Rules
*Age of rider will be determined as of 1/1/10
- Senior 14-18
- Junior 13 and under
- Lead Line 8 and under
- Walk-Trot/Novice Never cantered at a show before; beginner
* 4-H classes open to carded 4-H members ONLY.
*No person/rider shall approach the judge without the permission of the ringmaster.
*ASTM-SEI approved hard hats are required for all riders under the age 18, regardless of riding discipline and strongly encouraged for others.
*Helmet and boots required for all classes. Proper dress is encouraged, but not required.
*The show management reserves the right to add, cut, split, or combine any classes. Classes with less than two entries will not run.
*Walk-trot riders may not participate in walk-trot-canter classes.
*No chaps allowed in Western equitation. Chaps optional in other western classes.
*Martingales prohibited on the flat.
*AHSA rules will be followed.
*The Cooperative Extension, ERI 4-H Fair, and the Town of
*Proof of current Coggins and Rabies is required when registering for classes. You will be asked to leave the grounds without them.
All Classes: $7.00 each, checks payable to ERI Country Fair
Classes 1-4 are Free
Registration day of show :$10 in addition to class fees
** Pre-register by July 18th to avoid $10 registration fee. Show management will not be held responsible for late mail delivery and the post-registration fee will be due on the day of the show.
